Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days from the submission of your order, without notifying us of the reason for your decision. If you exercise this right in printed or electronic form or by fixed means, within the meaning of the Law, for the occurrence of the results of the withdrawal, you must send the relevant document before the expiration of the period of fourteen (14) calendar days.

Return products

You also have the right to return the product you received within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. The returned product must be in its original condition, not opened, not damaged, not removed from the labels and other distinctive cards, included in the original packaging and in any case not used. Otherwise the return of the product can not be accepted.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we will be informed of your decision to return the product, and in detail:

In case of purchase by credit or debit card, the refund will be made by canceling the debit of the credit or debit card for the amount corresponding to the product to be refunded.

In case of cash on delivery or deposit in a bank account, our company will deposit the amount of money in an account that you indicate to us.

We have the right to delay the refund until we receive the product or until you provide proof that you sent the product back (whichever comes first) and the check is completed.

The return of the product is done at your expense and with a transport company of your choice, while any damage to the product when it is returned to us, is borne exclusively by you.

Conversely, if the return / replacement is due to a proven product defect or lack of agreed quality, the shipping costs of the new product or your refund will be borne by us.
